Ok, I signed game with some ad-hoc method and reuploaded Mac version. You can try to download again, maybe this will help.
YES! Thank you! Now it's running! This time it will open a different window telling to send the game to garbage, just click OK. Than, have to do the via cruxis of going to Settings->Privacy allowing it - are you sure? Yes! Than, after the password, macOS will finally unlock it.
Great visuals, interesting gameplay, will test it properly another day, now I have to sleep...
