I wasn't able to get a rocket to actually go onto a launch pad? Dragging and dropping didn't quite seem to work, but maybe I was doing something wrong.
I tried both, I tried putting a rocket above the pad or on the launch pad physically. The only thing I wasn't sure of is if the rocket needs to be completely surrounded covered by the launch pad or something.
