its literally impossible to beat the first one considering you need a five for the elevator, so you try and get the five past the gate, but theres only greater than five, and less than five, but five cant get throught because its equal to five!
not sure if im just stupid or what but it is legit impossible

You can take the elevator without all of the numbers and you can use the "Bucket" to get numbers past gates like that. Neither of those are explained through gameplay though which is a miss on my part. The first level - which is intended to be the tutorial level - will need to be improved.
