Hi! I've made much progress in the Farfields!

I'm wondering if you have any tips on Nix in the Farfields? The rest of the crew up to her (and the 2 other "last" turtles, Pebbles and Presto) have been difficult up until I have the right material/perks and strategies a bit. I had a lot of "near miss" where I reach the primordial core but can't break it.

For Nix, I lose my last Stamina at points where I haven't been losing for a while. Like the light oriented biome for example!

So far I always calculate the worthiness of her moving to a gem (cost/reward ratio), I have tried to increase the regeneration power of walking (+4 with accessory + sigil) which in a net calculation, is better than the Rubi necklace or the water jug.

But I still can't get anywhere near the ending! So any other advice? Things I might not have thought of? Thank you very much. Can't believe it's a free game it's so much fun and have occupied a lot of my evening. There's something very relaxing to it (except the cow murdering part that makes me sad :'( )

I forgot the every 10 steps of the regeneration in my calculation which makes it waaaay less better than I expected. Doesn't solve much but needed to correct my claim haha.

Thanks so much! I'm really glad you've been enjoying the game :)

From what I've discussed with other players on Discord, the most consistent setup for Nix seems to be Violetheart Pendant, Regen Sigil and Ironhide Greaves/Snowboots.

Few tips:

Collect every Quartz you can in the Subsoil and Gravel layers. As long as you have shield stacks, Nix is immune to Gravel damage.

Only go for restore cells and Quartz that are reasonably close in the Underbark and Sporegrove layers. Try to balance your stamina and shield stacks.

It's also very important to carry shield stacks into the Blightvein layer since they reduce the damage from Toxin detonations.

Save as many shield stacks as you can for Shimmera and Umbra as those biomes can drain lots of stamina due to their hardness.

That's about all the advice I have for Nix. She's definitely the toughest turtle to get to Deepwater with and even with a good strategy, most of the time it comes down to rng as well.

Thanks again for the kind words! Good luck!
