When choosing to skip the prologue to the beginning of chapter 3, there are 3 questions to clarify our storyline. The first one is the girl inside the dark cave (Apprentice), the second one is Minacity or Calm? And the last one (Maybe Restraint), I don't want to cheat on Rosette with Stela. Can someone clarify this for me?

After selecting I reached her (The girl's soul), I kept my distance and I endured it. The outcome is that in the restraint quest, we didn't bring Rosette with and have sex with Stella. But I want to stay loyal 😢😢

Your choice was correct, and you didn't trick Rosette; you saved the girl from the cave, you didn't "get closer" to Anne either when she asked you to and you went through the experiment scene with Rosette.
Everything is correct.
