Thanks for the feedback. You're right, the amateur career was just introduced and needs a few tweaks. As for OVR and the generated fighters records, that's one of the updates I have an idea for, and I think it should turn out really great - hopefully it will come out next week. Durability hasn't been working properly for a while now, and I'm still working on it.
I currently have a lot of ideas/plans, and I'll try to implement everything step by step.
