I've been trying to figure out how to get into the flooded city added in the new update for a long time, please help me
By checking the sparkly spot by the river you should get an item called "Note - Flooded Path." Show that to Bunyan, then exit and re-enter her zone and talk to her again. That should start the sequence.
Interact with water, get note about it, give note to Bunyan (Blacksmith) and either leave/re-enter or go beat the horsewoman if you hadn't already.
