The Paladin’s automatic ability to upgrade the lowest gold card sometimes upgrades a non-lowest gold card, during the middle of the draw. A few cards will get drawn, a gold card among them, the gold card will get upgraded, and then the rest of the cards will get drawn, including lower gold cards.
