The concept of a Toxic Yuri VN about making an unproblematic Wholesome Yuri VN is just brilliant. As a creator I really appreciated what this game had to say about fandom purity policing and how it feels to be making art in that environment. The direct references to old discourses were so effective -- I don't think I've ever seen that in a VN before.
