if you check the files for the mons you want to evo you can see what item they would need or number of prey digested. It should be in the Pokémon notes or Pokémon gen 9 notes depending on the mon.
my problem is the opposite , i have the items but i don't know if i have the mons so if it's also the same method it might take me longer to find the correct ones
