Cool game! I did not make it, some of the enemy bullets were so fast that it did not seem possible to avoid them. One enemy was stuck "inside" a building.

Ah you ran into that bug. If you go around the building there will be an invisible entrance. Usually you can just keep shooting while going around it and you'll be able to take them out.
The one weapon that's really hard to avoid is the laser. Enemies don't aim at you straight away, they take a bit of time to rotate if they're not facing you, so you can take them by surprise.
