I played through the whole game as it is released now and it was amazing! My one gripe though is I wish the animation for defeating the horseman girl and being defeated by her were slightly different so that one there's more variety with how you play the game and the outcomes. Two so the player doesn't feel like they wasted all their shotgun ammo when they could have just let themselves die to get the same animation. I understand why this wouldn't be a priority and why you'd want to keep developing the second area though just something to keep in mind.

You do get an special item that permanently boosts stats for actually beating her, so there is a reward for it. But yeah, I can understand wanting a little something more specifically related to lewd content.
If I wanted to give Headless Horsewoman an extra scene in the future, that'd be a decent spot for it. I'll make a note of it. Like you said, though, compared to other stuff it's not a high priority for me.
