I think my planned usage is fair (separate entries, not exactly the same game, implementing the theme of this jam) and doesn’t attempt to circumvent the rules, so thanks for clarifying.
I understand that having a set in stone answer for my very specific but vaguely described case may open up confusion and misuse, so reserving the right to disqualify is understandable.
