When you get to a certain weight, and the doctor prescribes you meds for difficulty breathing, they don't show up in the pharmacyEdit: it's for the sleep apnoea
Sorry, I didn't make this clear (as the doctor has the same dialogue as for the other conditions), but with sleep apnea you need to purchase the CPAP machine to treat it, instead of medication. I'll add some unique dialogue in the next update.
