I'd love to expand the fitness system; it's been on my to-do list for a long time. I'll add some benefits to it, plus allow you to go beyond 100% using steroids.
I'll take a look at the scooter and make sure you can use it independently at the barely mobile stage.
The next update will add a weight-loss surgery option that'll help speed up slimming.
I have an update planned to greatly expand Dizzy's and add an organisation dedicated to stopping them. You'll be able to work for this organisation to lower obesity rates, and there will be new personalities associated with it that will fit in with the new personality types you'd like.
I'll include body squishing/playing content in the sex update that'll allow you to explore the fat on your own body and the girls.
At some point, I plan to add a clothing overhaul, where clothes are items you can purchase in specific sizes. When that's added, the wardrobe will be completely overhauled to accommodate it.
I'd love to add achievements & I'm sure I will eventually!
