Currently there is base fitness the character returns to over time.
Fitness can only go below base when a character is immobilized.

Btw: All characters above 50 are considered sporty/muscular, which shows in many of the interactions! These character are also able to do certian activites at higher weight.

I believe the fitness drops when they are immobile. Unsure if there is any other way.

I'm planning to add a corruption system in a future update, which will let you reduce the fitness of non-immobile girls. You'll be able to tempt them to become lazier!
