Nicholas the goat, clutched up and won a 1 v 2. Took me a while to understand the mechanic at first, but once I did it was really fun (mostly just didn't understand player and enemy turns were a random length at first). While it is mostly rng, having some attacks miss meant not everything will go to plan for you or the enemy even if you wait to get a high buff. Also critical hits came in clutch for me! It was cool when I was on lower health than the enemy and had to decide if I should buff up early or not in the round, but then the rounds went by super quick and neither of us could buff. A surprising amount of depth from mostly rng mechanics.
The art is also super charming, loved the style the moment I saw it, and well animated too! Good sound work as well. Just a solid fun game! Reminds of old flash games which is a very good thing! Great work!
