Everything's very scary to review here. It's powerful. I'm gonna go blind if I look for too long. It has given life to this world...
Fundamentally fantastic VN, everyone is firing all cylinders, the presentation, story, audio design, accessibility, prose... it's all quality. I'm struggling to think of a slight it presented. Someone else mentioned that Ulfor should've died, and I can see why that makes sense, but the horrors of war are only so focused on. It's meant to be more character driven, and towards the end, I knew; 'Ulfor would have no purpose after the fighting is over, and even now he doubts himself for it, so... if he dies, it'll feel wrong. We already spent so much time with these characters, and less about the senselessness of war, so with that it mind...'
And now he sells flowers! And not fighting!
This story is scary. It felt like six people were standing atop a skyscraper and tracking me and everything I was doing while reading this, that's how good it was.
