Thanks for the update. What does that mean for existing submissions? Some of them appear to have been submitted to like 10 jams? is that common?

ppl do it often and no hate to them but I think its like super dumb to me cuz it kinda completely defeats the point of a game jam. Like not only are they most likely not made within the time but they probably have nothing to do with the theme and I feel like every game jam game should be for one specific jam. honestly to me it just feels like cheating. once again no hate to anyone tho I actually havent even looked at this jam's submissions yet but im just saying that as like a broad statement for how I feel about jamming as a whole.

I won't be taking a close look at the games that were posted on Itch before the jam, nor at those that have any kind of generative AI in the design.
