Looks like it needs to actually be activated 4 times. I managed to pull it off just now with a Copy Cat Coupon duplicating the Loyalty Coupon after it already had one activation on it, thus getting two activations in Transaction 1 of a Round.
Exactly this yeah! Since you get 3 transactions to start with, activating 3 times didn't seem challenging enough, so I wanted to make it so you have to play it off other coupons to "activate" it multiple times. Probably needs better wording for sure! haha.
