The main thing about the game is it's extremely detailed medical and injury aspects, it would be nowhere near as fun or challenging without it. I don't blame you if you don't like the whining, I believe you can turn it off in the settings (or at least you could in the previous game) and what dialogue are you talking about? The closest thing that I can think of is traders thanking you when you hug them which obviously isn't sexual.
I see no way in which the dialogue and injuries come into play here, and with the whimpering, sure it may sound questionable without context, but it is literally a game where you get injured a ton, and the whimpering only happens when you get hurt or are in pain. Plus, expies are LITERALLY a species made by splicing human, dog, and rat DNA, of course they're going to whimper.
also whimpering doesnt mean pleasure???? idk why whimpering is considered a "sexual" thing when its a noise made when feeling discomfort or pain.. i legit never even crossed the fact that this game can be considered a "fetish" game, legit when i started and in the tutorial the expie whimpered i got so sad becuase he was in pain, it kinda says more about you than the creator edit : i realised that only one time the expies "like" the pain is when they are depressed as shit and they hurt them selfs

It's a weird thing to say, but I do have experience with talking to people that have odd fetishes, and so I can maybe explain ops thought process
First things first, fetishes revolving injury and torture do not have to, and often do not, include anything sexual. Whimpering from pain can be a turn on to those people, crying for injury can be a turn on, bleeding, broken bones, ect. Reacting to being hurt is the same as a the common man reacting to pleasure, if you have a fetish that includes that kind of pain.
I don't think this game is genuine torture porn, but I want to make sure you aren't misunderstanding the point that op is making here
The only reason your saying this is because its furry oriented. Would you also say games like, the last of us or dead space are sad fetish games? Even games like barotrauma, where you can watch your whole crew get slaughtered infront of you as you frantically try to save them. You obviously would never call those games "sadist fetish" games. So what makes this game different?
