The amount of importance the game puts on the dialogue, whimpering and injuries is a very clear sign the developer is getting off to this.
The main thing about the game is it's extremely detailed medical and injury aspects, it would be nowhere near as fun or challenging without it. I don't blame you if you don't like the whining, I believe you can turn it off in the settings (or at least you could in the previous game) and what dialogue are you talking about? The closest thing that I can think of is traders thanking you when you hug them which obviously isn't sexual.
