Hello, I've tested it again and everything is still working correctly. Can you capture me some screenshots of your setup? And if you can, turn off all other plugins and deploy again to see if the issue is truly due to the Easy Text & Icon on Events plugin.

I am experiencing some kind of map refresh bug. When I start a new game next to an event, the icons appear just fine. No problem. When I start to play the game and transfer from map to map the icons go away. This is on a deployed game not on a game test in RPG maker. WheN I deploy the game and start playing and transfer from map to map the icons stop working. They work when I start new game and then stop working while I move from map to map. I have spent all day trying to fix it and I think I might have to use a different icon plug in because I have spent 12 hours trying to fix this lol. But thanks for the help.
