Hi, thanks a lot for the game. I don't know if it's the right place for a bug report: I just had a game where I drowned, got pushed by the current in a hot spring, which resurrected me. I thought it was cool, but when I died a few levels later, my death was still marked as a drowning, so I suppose it's a bug.
Fascinating! That's such a rare occurrence. I suppose it is bug... Did your final death notice ONLY say drowned or did it say something like, for instance, "Drowned.Killed by a bugbear."? I understand how it transcribed your initial death notice at time of death, but it feels like it should have appended actual cause of death when you went down for the second time.

I've solved the issue by making sure Hot Springs won't heal you if you're dead, as I suppose that was the larger bug. Thank you so much for bringing it to my attention!
