Ah, so if you were threatened by a rockslide you could try to say "I'm always under threat by bounty hunters, so this rockslide can't threaten me"? That does seem odd. It's not "I am always under threat by bounty hunters and bounty hunters alone". Every person's Realis is different, but I probably wouldn't go along with that.
I think that one, in particular, really is tougher than usual to use outside of a Tragic Success. You could use a Sentence like that to summon a bounty hunter attack upon a place that has you prisoner. You could say that someone will help you, because you're clearly in trouble. Maybe even say "I'm keeping lookout because I am always under threat".
You could Realize to "I always fight under threat", another verb than "am".
