Hay i've played a few runs,

I like the overall aesthetic direction and the cutesy slime style but there a some areas I think could use some polish

- some of the ui seems misaligned, I am playing on a 1440p monitor which may be the cause but bits of the ui were over lapping or sometimes I could see multiple of a button, it never stopped me doing anything but it did look odd

- the game seems a bit punishing at the moment, between the low health and not having enough ammo in a clip to kill a basic enemy it is hard, being able to hit multiple enemies at once could help balance it but the rooms are too small to really line them up,  I would probably double player health and damage just to start

- I think you have left some debug stuff turned on, i pressed R and it seemed to restart my game ?

- it could use a bit more juice generally, more knock back on hits and sound effects for weak and strong hits ect

seems like you have a good foundation but needs some more work on the combat !

Thanks very much for trying it out. I know a lot of the UI still needs a lot of work. I have changed the balancing around a lot. the rapid shot is probably the best weapon but it slows performance and I actually had a lot more effects but it was killing performance so I will continue adding effects back. the r button is there mostly for this bug that can occur and completely kill frames but if you did not encounter that bug that is great to hear. thanks overall for the kind words about the current direction, I would agree a lot is still rough tho. i may not keep the art in this direction either. thanks again for trying and sharing feedback, means a lot to me.
