Very clean game and UI. The only visual change I would suggest is a bigger contrast between the normal level tiles and walls. You did put in the effort to individually introduce each of the mechanics to the player, which I applaud, however I feel the game could use one or two medium difficulty puzzles. I intuitively solved the first 10 levels and just hit a wall on the final one, only managed a two star solution in the end.

Your point about the contrast between the tiles and the walls is excellent. I understand that this can be confusing, especially in later levels. I'll keep that in mind and improve it in the update!
Your description of the difficulty curve is also completely accurate. I did encounter some difficulties while designing the levels, and I considered adding extra mechanics to increase complexity, but I ultimately abandoned that idea.
