This plugin is pretty old, so I don't know if you'll update it or not (it's fine if you don't) but I think it'd really nice if you could remap pageup and pagedown (LB and RB respectively) as well.

You can add those as custom keybinds like this:
assuming the page up and down functions come from visustella - the keyname they use are "pageup" and "pagedown"
