Hi there,
this is my second game jam.
It was the first time i actually talked to other game devs in the voicechannels, talking about and showing each others progress even during the developement, which was really inspiring, motivating and helpful. On one occasion, i could even give some technical advice, which for me, as a beginner programmer, was quite an event :D
I really enjoyed the itch community as well and i was even able to watch 3 different YouTubers play my game live on stream, which was really a unique experience!
Unfortunately, i also have to consider the fact that i was not able at all to work on my regular projects while participating. It was a great experience, but i don't think i will do more then one or two game jams per year...
