I quite liked the game's graphical style and also rushing into foes while spinning like a madman. I did find it annoying that spinning doesn't allow you to destroy projectiles, as you can quickly start getting attacked by multiple ranged enemies at once and it's not really possible to dodge their projectiles if they fire while you're trying to hit them (if you can even manage to hit them due to their fast movement speed).
