Thanks for the suggestion! The thing is, 2D has some limitations when it comes to creating the kind of survival gameplay we want to make. To be honest, game development for us is still more of a passion project than a profitable business. Making 3D games has always been one of my dreams. If we hired more people, we simply wouldn't be able to afford to pay them.
At the moment, we earn around $900–$1,000 per month through Patreon, which isn't much for game development, and that income isn't always stable. Some months are better than others. We've even used our own money to develop Baradise Escape, as we haven't sold any pre-orders or launched any crowdfunding campaigns for it yet. Patreon helps us pay the bills, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who supports us. Without that support, continuing to make games like this would be much more difficult.
As we've mentioned before, we're fully committed to Banana Ranch and are giving it 100% of our time and energy to bring it to completion. We truly appreciate everyone's suggestions, support, and understanding, and we'll keep doing our best to make the game the best it can be.
