Simple game with a fun loop. Having different difficulties is also nice. I wish there was background music in game though. Also I don't see how it relates to the theme. Overall very well polished, good job!
My interpretation of the theme was that the player is constantly "spinning" from one side to the other to survive. Instead of using a literal spinning object, I interpreted "spin" as rapidly changing sides and direction. Winning depends on mastering those quick side switches and timing.
