But to name something:

similar looking (you mean Edo style old Japanese?): there are, but not on my playlist, sorry.

similar style (you mean kins of sugar coated sweet and bit of adventure?): try Harem Residence from Vendena or My new Island Life from Visq..

Or Isekai (thrown back in history) in general: many choices, I would say for example Isekai Fantasy from Lewd Lore or The Seam from GoodbyeHappiness.

ive recently played one called lost in you and it has a really good story and same artstyle as this game. Others like heros harem guild and harem residence have the same artstyle also

Dimension 69 here on Itch will feel pretty familiar, art style wise and with a good amount of the same lighthearted humor while having an interesting isekai'd story.
