Today! We found the corpse of "Death Voltage"
Flesh (Visuals):
Dark, had a vibe and look to it I enjoyed, very "you are here, here is your job, do it" environment, personally enjoyed watching the machines... do machine things and the pieces move, very well crafted, it has a "dirty/grit" charm that I cannot really put into words
Dismemberment (Difficulty):
Might seem difficult when you start, manuals and such, but truly, very simple once you have done it once and can figure out some parts without any guidance, you operate the machines, one piece at a time, get some numbers, and we are going to set them correctly, right? and throw the lever, simple physical job, taxing mental job.
Infestation (Bugs):
No bugs found! Not shocked by that :cockroach::zap:
Corpse Integrity (Story):
You are tasked with dealing out shock punishments to people who... must have done something wrong... right? There are multiple endings that kind of show a little more of the world. While there is no full storyline displayed, putting together the small clues and the unknown was very enjoyable.
Something Off About It? (Ambience):
Locked in a room and you sleep in a blood tube, seems good to me! Otherwise, ambience was a little unsettling, no jumps, just the environment and the unsettling feeling about what you are doing as you pull the lever...
How Long To Dismember (Playtime):
Found all 3 endings, took me about 25 minutes, page says 10-15 which I feel is doable
Value Of Meat (Price):
Free! Free is always in the budget, it is on Itchio! But always consider supporting devs when and where you can!
Post Mortem Thoughts:
"Death Voltage" was a very interesting experience, pretty unique and well crafted, was not as brutal as some games where you are the punisher but a good amount to make you not want to pull the lever, you do not know what these people did, you are just doing a task, the whole experience was unsettling but definitely a very well crafted, unique, very tense, horror game. Great job Samu1407, keep up the craft! Looking forward to see what you do next!
