Quality of game: It feels very shallow mechanicaly. How many gloopsters a bullet seems to penetrate does feel random and often it feels as if luck takes precedent over skill. Yet, it can be an entertaining little time waster, and the time trials a nice touch for a game otherwise lacking in repeatability.  3/5 stars, two stars docked for overwhelming reliance on luck (Chance can be fun, but bad luck should be an obstacle, not a predetermination of the game)

Adherance to the theme: The game is dripping with old flash game vibes, yet lacks any demonstrated conection to mutations as a theme 3/5 stars

Quality of video: Has nice charm, dits with the vibe of the game and isnt just gamplay footage 5/5 stars

I understand your review and I honestly kinda agree. Gloopster is not my best work and I had to make it under a time crunch.

P.S. The "mutation" part of the theme is represented by your character changing shape and color constantly.
