I'm a big fan of fairy tale retellings. This was an enjoyable retelling. You did a good job giving this an unsettling vibe. Even without making mistakes and Rumple showing up, it still had that horror feeling. Rumple showing up just added to that. The art and the sound worked really well for the feel you were going for.

It would have been nice if, instead of auto advancing, the player had to click something to go through the intro and ending. The first time I played, I was adjusting the zoom because I wasn't sure if the image was being cut off or not and missed some of the intro. It was easy to go through again, but it still would have been nice if I could have gone through the story at my own pace.

The gameplay took a bit to get use to. Sometimes it felt like I could get the wheel to stop moving, letting it sit at the space I needed. Other times, it felt like I had to be constantly taping on either Q or E to keep the wheel in the space I needed. Sometimes when I got the symbol correct, the wheel would spin to the other side, while other times it would stay on the symbol I had just gotten right. The differences didn't seem to be connected to the wheel modifiers, though the modifiers weren't always the easiest to see so they might have been. Once I got use to the fact that things didn't always feel consistent, it became easier to play.

Thank you so much for playing and for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the fairy tale retelling, I wasn't too familiar with Rumpelstiltskin to be quite honest. But I'm glad it seemed enjoyable!
Yeah definitely wanted to try and add something where the player could click through but we tried to focus on gameplay a bit more, will try to keep that in mind for future games. The random spinning when you got it correct is actually an effect called "wheel kickback" where the wheel randomly just jolts into a direction, I decided not to give that one a symbol since it was more of a take on the wheel being old/faulty rather than some magic thing if you can get where I'm coming from. Levels 2 and 3 had the wheel speed and acceleration adjusted so that may be where the wheel could feel inconsistent. But thank you for the feedback hopefully that cleared up some stuff!
Thank you so so much for the feedback will be sure to carry this onto the next game <3
