I think my decision will entirely depend on how she ends up reflecting. There's "I pushed her maybe a bit too hard" and "I was basically just pushing her around because I found her weight problematic" which is how I read her behavior the day of. Seems she has some issues beyond the team she needs to get sorted out is my interpretation. You don't need to comment on that theory of course.
