You could make it optional for those who don't want to see this in gameplay, but I would love to see more gay or bi content with the male characters! I like it when the male characters' sprites are fully nude too (Ken, Adrian, Joseph, etc.) - the graphics are so hot in this game. For example, the racing guy in the red shirt in the parking lot, Ryan, I think is his name? - such a babe.
I will admit with the amount of content Starmaker does cater too, I have always found it strange there is not at least one gay male option. But alas Dr.Muramasa has pretty much confirmed before it is not planned and most likely will not happen. Closest thing being close is Adrian for example hinting he likes the feel of the MC cock when they are both in Anna. (I thought at least this could open the door for bimbofication pill event, but also got shot down 🥺)
Maybe someone will work on a community mod for this in future ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
