Cute game! For a week-long jam, I'm genuinely surprised that one person managed to create such high-quality models.

Since you asked for honest feedback, here are my thoughts:

  • The air control is... okay. I don't really feel the impact of the dashes, and most of the time I just fall straight down before I can even reach a ball.
  • The game could use a bit more polish overall. The assets themselves look great, but the mix of different art styles and the fairly flat lighting hurt the immersion. I also think the game would benefit from some extra juice—things like particles, flashy score popups, or making the upgrade wheel feel more exciting would go a long way.
  • Even though the core gameplay is simple, it took me a full run to understand what I was supposed to do. I only figured it out after reading the itch.io page, and I didn't even notice the dash counter in the top-right until I got my first upgrade.

I know this probably sounds pretty critical, but I actually enjoyed the game. I think the foundation is solid, and most of my feedback is about relatively small improvements rather than major issues. I genuinely see a lot of potential here, and with a bit more polish, I think it could become something really fun.

Thank you for the feedback! But dont be fooled, look at the credits! I only modeled the cabinets, I had two artist friends do the 2d art on them!

As for the feedback I really appreciate the honesty, and I agree with all the criticisms presented. I really am glad that you enjoyed it and I am also glad that its only missing the juice and not the entire meat of the game.
