Thanks for playing! The spin to win is connected to the faucets to win the level (which turns off the water rising), but more levels are needed. As for the 'spammy' of my game submission, it was my first game and I was looking for as much feedback as possible. But I agree, I think it won't be something I'll be doing as much in the future.
