My friend BunjiBoy3 has looked at the issues of the game not working in fullscreen, and the issue seems to be resolved by resizing the game window (ctrl / cmd + scroll wheel) in fullscreen. Also, I forgot to mention this in the description, but you can use "Space" to spin the wheel.
