This is a fun entry! I think the visuals are really effective and perfect for a game of this scope, and I'm impressed with how you got the cars to drive upside down haha. The portraits at the start of each level are cute as well, I'm very glad to see mixed media in a game jam entry. I think some more thought could've been put into the windup mechanic - it feels like there is not much risk/reward to the mechanic, and having to stand still and charge at the start of each level is slightly anticlimactic. I also appreciate the option for a slightly more advanced control scheme, I think it's a good way to invite players of many skill levels to give it a go. I had a good time playing this and it feels very polished, well done to the team!
