Thanks for appreciating details and hard work. As a creator, I know just how much work can go into something, even a small project. Between rendering glitches that make you waste hours looking for the misbehaving something before you can even get one image out there sometimes, to the sometimes excruciating stress of coding something that just won't work, it takes a lot. I know a lot of people (like I have indeed as well) have started a number of projects without finishing any of them, and I know why this happens. It's not an excuse of course, just stating that (seeing it from their point of view) I understand why this happens and it's frustrating on both sides: the players who wanted that beautiful small universe to continue, and the creators who couldn't keep up with the promise because of multiple reasons... sometimes the reason being the websites not allowing us to post our work.
I did notice that itch had a period where they just went on a banning rampage, I hope if I did start a new profile that my games would remain visible, but it's a lot of work just to face a big 'IF'. I know DeviantArt has its own rules too, but (rigid as they are) I've seen content from people that I'm appalled to see still in business, between social/political harmful propaganda (one of the most forbidden things in all websites' rules of conduct) and downright 'underage' and 'violent behaviour', you'd expect these people to be banned for 1000 years, but they're still there... even after my image where a nude giantess holding a Ken doll sized man in her hand was blocked immediately and costing me a warning.
That's just crazy, things are way too hard for many adult content creators now, and it's no surprise many have left the adult entertainment world to try some other roads.
Twitter/X used to be a good place to share content freely, but right now (at least in my country) there's a new 'verify your age' obstacle in front of everything that's remotely nudity/adult/sometimes just pin ups. This is making things that were hard even harder and I personally know people that have just decided to quit altogether, considering this madness too much to keep working for basically free or extremely little gain.
I'll try posting here again and see if my content is or isn't immediately shadow banned (or banned) again, and if it is I might try a different account, but not even being in the search results? That's something that enormously discourages a creator from posting updates...
