The animations and art for this are really cute! The idea of building the wheel like a deck is cool but I'm not sure how much the actual spinning adds to it since it's pretty easy to move the wheel exactly where you want. Maybe if the wheel parts had dynamic sizes so you could semi control the randomness but not remove a roulette wheels inherent randomness? Dunno I'm just spitballing here really but overall great work!
