If you don’t want to wait for auto-moderation, you are the moderator of your own game’s community. You can approve comments here: https://itch.io/category/5918499/pending-posts

This page can be found on your game’s edit page > More > Edit Comments > Pending Posts

Thank you so much for explaining this! This is incredibly useful information, and I really appreciate your help.

However, I ran into a strange issue: I went to the pending posts page and could clearly see that there were a lot of comments waiting there. But right after I manually approved just a couple of them, the page suddenly became unavailable, and the rest of the pending comments disappeared. Are there any daily limits or restrictions on how many pending posts a developer can approve per day?

Thanks again for your support!

I don’t see any active pending posts in your comments category on our backend. You sure you didn’t get them all?

Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to check the backend for me.

I completely understand that the queue looks empty on your end right now. However, I am absolutely certain that there was a large number of comments waiting there initially. I managed to manually approve just two or three of them, but right after I clicked, the page suddenly glitched and refreshed, and the entire list vanished instantly.

I promise I wouldn't be bothering you and taking up your valuable time if I wasn't 100% sure I saw them! I just wanted to reach out because I was worried those comments might have been accidentally deleted or permanently stuck somewhere in the system due to a database error when the page crashed.

Is it possible they were somehow auto-archived or flagged differently during that glitch?

Thank you again for all your patience and hard work! ❤️

I just double checked, there’s nothing in our database to suggest any lost comments. Sorry, not sure what you saw.

Can you explain what you mean when the “page suddenly glitched.” Did you ever see an error message?
