Hi everyone / itch.io team, I published the demo for my hand-drawn visual novel, AMEN: The Quiet Exodus, 5 days ago. It is set to "Public" and all metadata/tags are fully filled out. However, the game is completely missing from the search results. It cannot be found even when typing the exact title. It seems like the page might have been caught in the automated spam filter (shadowbanned). Our demo has gathered over 3,500 wishlists on Steam in just 6 days, and we are trying to direct our audience to itch.io, but this indexing issue is severely hurting our launch momentum. I submitted a support ticket over 24 hours ago but haven't heard back yet.

Could a moderator please look into this or kindly ping the support team for me?
