I tried doing seperate incidents, but I just wasn't very sure about how to scope it so had to scrap the idea, could you suggest me what you were thinking?

Like, for example, if the headlines you caught in a circle then let you make up a PR statement to "spin" it. Maybe with a selection of available prompts, and taking it further, there could even be public reaction to the PR statements: some prompts have better odds than others, but you could spin for that too. So then it's not just about catching as many headlines as possible, but getting the highest public approval for Mr. Clumsy.
