This was an incredible experience. It felt very mindful, meaningful and important playing through it; it even managed to capture some nostalgic feelings in me, and I'm not very used to getting that sort of emotion.
It feels like everything was developped as much as it needed to, from the visuals, to the music, the haiku death screens and the ambient sfx. Everything just worked very well together.
It felt rewarding and engaging in a way I didn't expect. The moment the music changed, really felt impactful.
I really felt like this game mattered, which is a very nice feeling to have got from it.
