The house always wins! And oh boy did the house beat me over and over.
The art is absolutely gorgeous, which probably goes without saying. The textures when scaled become quite blurry for me, so I would have liked the filtering to have been set to nearest neighbour such that everything is nice and crisp at all scales.
It is HARD. I did really want to win this one, but RnG, thou art a heartless bitch. I do think lots of games like this use a variety of determinism, bad luck protection and skewing the odds in the players favour to make it feel 'fair', even if it's not actually fair.
I couldn't quite suss out if I could increase my bet size, it would be really nice to have larger bets for when the power-ups are rolling.
