I did drag up and down but that only got me to 5 and to get to 6 I had to use up my whole screen by dragging from top left to bottom right
I can't seem to recreate the bug but one potential solution is dragging fron down to up to scroll on the wheel backwards to dial the other numbers. Hope this helps!
